A new industrial project totaling over 700,000 square feet is inbound for Fort Worth. The development, called West GSW Logistics Crossing, is located on East 1st Street and has an estimated price tag of $49 million. The project will contain two buildings, according to documents submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The development's buildings will total about 548,000 square feet and 155,000 square feet. The first building has an estimated cost of $37 million, while the second is expected to run at $12 million.
